What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping within The United Kingdom! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Order handling time takes about 1 - 2 day (Mon. to Fri.) and shipping time 7 - 8 days (Mon. to Fri.) We also have an order cut-off time of 17:00 (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Check our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. You have 30 days to return your product(s) after you've received it. Once 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept your return(s) anymore. You are however responsible for the return label and the costs thereof (with the exception of damaged or wrong received products). You can find our Return & Refund Policy here.

When will I get paid after returning my product?

Once we receive your return and approved the return, you will get the refund within 14 days on your original payment method.

How can I track my order?

We will e-mail you a tracking code. You can track your order using our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship our products to the United Kingdom.

What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

If you receive a defective product, or receive the wrong product please contact us as soon as possible. You must provide us with photographic evidence. We will then ensure that you receive a good product free of charge to replace the damaged product. If you need to return the defective product to us, we will cover these costs.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

Unfortunately, we don't accept the exchange of your items. You can however always return your items within 30 days and place a new order.

Can I cancel the order that I have placed ?

We do not accept order cancellations once the purchase has been made. All orders are processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. Before placing an order, please carefully recheck your items, shipping details, and payment information.
